1. What if I'm unhappy with my purchase, how do I return it?
It is our desire that you are completely satisfied with your "gift of hope." If you find, however, that you are not pleased with your purchase, you may return all items in their unused condition within 10 days of its original shipment date for a full refund--no questions asked! We request, however, that returns be made through the US Postal Service only--no other carriers please. We will gladly refund your entire purchase minus the original shipping charge.
2. What if I change my mind after the gift was sent?
We are sorry that we cannot change the order once it is sent out. Please be sure to read each of the contents of the "gift of hope" and make sure you have ordered the correct basket. If your order has not been shipped, we will be happy to change your order.
3. What if I have included the wrong address?
We are not responsible for delivery of a basket to the wrong address. However, if the mistake was ours--we will promptly re-send the item to the correct address.
4. Do you ship outside the US?
At the present time, we only ship to a valid US Postal Service address. We use the US Postal Service's Priority Mail with a tracking service number.
